This collaboration with The Hop Inn Brigg showcases a rich oat inclusion for a soft, pillowy texture and mouthfeel. Highlighting Talus and Citra hops in the whirlpool phase, the beer is then complemented by dry hopping with Citra, Enigma, and a hint of Cryo Pop. Fermenting with Vermont yeast, the result is distinct stone fruit aromas, perfectly blended with tropical hop nuances.
